I do product design and it works. Well... most of the times. That's the industry of continuous learning and innovations and it's nearly impossible to predict how users will interact with product under rapidly changing circumstances. But, what we can do is to keep committing to our craft and products, making it better and better, pivoting and starting from scratch, failing, winning and learning.
